Visions of the Azores – The last remains of Atlantis (ssssht, it’s a secret), hidden between Europe and America. in a mix of natural wonders and ancient culture.

On this flowerfull volcanic archipelago connected by ferries and small airport aeroplanes you can find the pastoral feeling you’ve been missing. Hot enough to harvest tea (the only in Europe) coffee and even pineapples and humid enough to get lost in the clouds. These islands have everything to overwhelm you while your dinner is getting boiled inside the volcanic heat.

Visiting one of the islands is making the choice not to visit them all and only see them on the horizon. Or maybe this makes a perfect excuse to keep on travelling?
